At M.M.Skin, we value your time and strive to provide every client with a seamless, personalized experience. In order to best serve all clients and maintain the quality of our services, we kindly ask that you review the following policies before booking.
Booking & Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us directly.
A valid credit card is required to reserve your appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled online up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. For changes made within 48 hours, please contact us directly via text at 773-733-0201 or email at marina@themmskin.com.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a charge for the full cost of the scheduled service.

No-call, no-show appointments will be charged the full cost of the service.

For prepaid services, including gift cards and packages, missed appointments will result in forfeiture of that session.
Late Arrival Policy
Out of respect for clients scheduled after you, late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This will be considered a no-show and will result in a full charge for the appointment or forfeiture of any prepaid session, package, or gift card service.
Repeated Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients who cancel, reschedule, or no-show for appointments three consecutive times, in any combination, may no longer be accepted as clients.
Repeated rescheduling, repeated late cancellations, or multiple no-shows over time may also result in restrictions on online booking privileges. In these cases, a 100% non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve future appointments.
Payment Policy
Payment is due at the conclusion of your service and may be made via credit or debit card. Venmo, apple pay and Zelle are also accepted; however, payment must be completed before leaving the studio.
All service sales are final.
Product Returns & Exchanges
Skincare products may be returned within 14 days of purchase for clinic credit or exchange if they have been lightly used and you have previously received a consultation or treatment at M.M.Skin.
Due to the personalized nature of professional skincare recommendations, products purchased without a prior consultation or treatment are not eligible for return or exchange.
M.M.Skin reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request at any time.
M.M.Skin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.
M.M.Skin is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.
M.M.Skin is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.

Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing us of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, pregnancy, or recent cosmetic treatments prior to their appointment.
If you are experiencing a contagious illness or condition, including cold sores, flu symptoms, or active skin infections, we may need to reschedule your appointment to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
Gift Cards & Packages
Gift cards are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and must be used within the designated timeframe.
If cancellation policies are not followed, the missed appointment will be deducted from the remaining package or gift card balance.
By booking an appointment with M.M.Skin, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
