Biogen C

This is a standardized method for using this product. For best results, consult your DMK Certified Esthetician to ensure proper use and a regimen tailored to your skin revision needs.

1. Cleanse skin and apply drops, serums, and oils as directed.
2. Dispense 1-2 pumps of Biogen C and dab onto the face, neck, and décolleté.
3. Spray liberally with Herb & Mineral Mist or prescribed DMK spray and work into the skin until combined and absorbed.
4. During the day, apply a Sunscreen as the final step.

Carthamus Tinctorius Seed Oil (Safflower) — An oil with concentrated linoleic acid, which is a structural component of cell membranes and maintains epidermal water levels. It is lightweight, easily absorbed, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and a melanin inhibitor. With its high vitamin E content, safflower reduces the signs of photoaging and oxidative stress while softening and providing skin conditioning and lubricating properties.

3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid — Water- and oil-soluble ethyl ascorbic acid provides all the benefits of vitamin C in a more stable form. It is an antioxidant, brightens the skin and inhibits tyrosinase, boosts collagen synthesis, increases fibroblast proliferation, supports wound healing, reduces inflammation, helps ‘recycle’ vitamin E, smooths rough texture, decreases photodamage, and diminishes the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

Krameria Triandra Root Extract — An astringent, antifungal, and antibacterial botanical. Contains potent antioxidant polyphenols, specifically OPCs (oligomeric proanthocyanins), which can improve vein function and ease swelling.3 Krameria Triandra inhibits elastase (the enzyme which degrades collagen) and has UVB photoprotective benefits. It also modulates the hormonal flux that stems from internal and external stressors.

Hexapeptide-11 — A signaling peptide that upregulates (enhances) genes that respond to stress, controls extracellular matrix function, and influences growth factors. It increases elasticity and skin firmness and improves healing mechanisms within the skin.

Laminaria Digitata Extract (Oarweed) — A type of brown seaweed that is hygroscopic, meaning it draws water from the environment to help restore moisture levels in the skin. This kelp is densely nutritious with high antioxidant vitamins, phenolic compounds, amino acids, and trace minerals.
